Niterra CRM is a smart salesforce tracking and management platform designed to streamline the sales operations for Niterra, a leading automotive supplier of spark plugs, glow plugs, etc. It has three key components- a user mobile app, a user web panel for managerial roles, and an admin panel for centralized control and configuration.
For effortless and real-time management of sales activities, salespeople can log in to the mobile CRM and mark their attendance. They can seamlessly record every field activity, such as logging details of customers they visit across different regions, states, and cities.
The CRM also enables salespeople to place orders for automotive parts, and the admin can check those orders in real-time. Another USP of the CRM that we have developed for Niterra is that it empowers sales professionals to accurately log outreach efforts.
We have equipped the CRM with highly advanced features, including QR code-based product information access and new product launch updates. The CRM brings centralized business intelligence.
